The ECHO Clinic is a “tele-mentoring” model that involves co-learning and knowledge-sharing in a virtual environment. The American Cancer Society, in collaboration with Steps Ahead Consulting Limited, used the ECHO Clinic model in organizational development.
The SOURCE ECHO program was aimed at sustaining ongoing reflection, learning, as well as organizational and personal development as well as brainstorming and resolving challenges that come with any kind of change process especially maintaining new behaviors and practices. It provided an opportunity to discuss various projects organizations were involved in and a platform to share challenges and successes with others.
The sessions covered various topics including tax compliance for civil society organizations, collaboration and partnerships, brand/risk management and others. KeCCT actively participated in these sessions and in October 2020 led a presentation on developing successful proposals to foundations.
